ABOUT US

On The Move Health & Fitness was founded by Narelle Stacey, who has had a passion for health and fitness for over 30 years. Our facility has been many years in the making, and has been self funded through hard work and consistency. We are a locally owned gym and our trainers have some of the most widespread experience and qualifications in the Riverina. 

We are proud of the facility we continue to provide driven by our passion to provide our community with the best and most welcoming facility.

Our methods are efficient and effective whilst being enjoyable, fun and sustainable.  It doesn’t matter if you have never worked out before or you are ready to take it to the next level -  On The Move will help you get where you want to go.

12WEEK CHALLENGE

Starts Monday 3rd August

Anyone can work out and get in shape. But since we were established back in 2000, we’ve been serving the Temora area with a new way to exercise. And our clients can’t stop raving about it! Our method of getting you where you want to go is why On The Move Health & Fitness is unique. We find out what’s really important to you and design a customized plan for you. This allows you to get to your ideal fitness level sooner. Our staff will encourage you to strive towards your goals. We have everything you need - knowledge, experience and equipment. Start today.

 

CHALLENGE INFO

      WHATS INCLUDED:

  • Before and after photos

  • Monthly weigh ins (compulsory)

  • Weekly fitness challenges (compulsory) scaled to suit ALL fitness levels from beginners to advanced

  • Masterclasses (group training sessions with all contestants designed to teach you correct technique, add variety to your training and increase motivation)

  • Motivation and encouragement from your trainer


PAYMENTS:

  • All contestants must pay their deposit prior to commencing the challenge (cash/cheque/eftpos). All further payments must be made via direct debit. Contestants will not be eligible for any prizes if the cost of the challenge has not been paid in full.

  • If you withdraw from the challenge your deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and you will be charged according to the number of weeks you have completed. See staff for further details.

  • The cost of casual visits, memberships and personal training sessions are NOT included.


WEIGH IN DAY / PHOTOS:

  • All contestants will have photos taken on registration day. These photos are for your personal use.  We will not be using them for any judging in this challenge

CLOTHED PHOTO: We strongly recommend you wear TIGHT FITTING clothes, so that you can visually see your body shape. Tights/Shorts and a singlet are ideal for this photo. This will allow you to see your transformation more clearly at the end of the challenge

UNDERWEAR PHOTO: Please wear plain black underwear/swimwear if possible (avoid sports bras with large coverage, the briefer the clothing the better). Although these photos are not compulsory you will definitely regret it if you don’t have them for comparison at the end of the challenge.


       PRIZES:

To be ELIGIBLE FOR ANY PRIZES each contestants MUST:                    

  1. Attend ON THE MOVE for at least 3 x 30 minute sessions per week. One session must be to complete the weekly fitness challenge and the other two may be casual visits, classes, master classes or personal training sessions.                                                                                                                 

  2. Attend ALL monthly weigh ins. Please see your trainer if you would prefer weekly/fortnightly weigh-ins.

All contestants that complete the challenge will go into the draw to win one of

 10 X $50 VOUCHERS (these will be drawn on Monday 26th October)
