Core Fitness

TONE & STRETCH

SUITABLE FOR ALL LEVELS

Tone & stretch is designed as a full body workout using a range of equipment such as balls, bands, weights, boxes and body weight. The class concludes with 10-15 minutes of stretching.

METAFIT

INTERMEDIATE TO ADVANCED

MetaFIT is a high intensity interval training workout. It is a complete body weight based workout aimed to  increase the heart rate during short stints of high intensity exercise

This class is designed to increase strength through teaching you correct techniques using a variety of free weights and weight machine exercises.

A great class for those just starting out in the gym or for those who feel more comfortable working out at a beginners level. Great for all ages. Classes vary every week so that you get a taste for all the classes that we offer at a beginners level.

MetaPWR is a unique 30 minute high intensity, metabolic conditioning workout. MetaPWR incorporates battleropes, kettlebells, power bags and agility drills  to ensure a great full body workout.

Advanced training is designed for those wanting to take their training to the next level. This class focuses on technique and form whilst teaching you aspects of training to take your training to the next level. This class involves all different types of exercise and always involves challenges both physically and mentally.

HIIT STEP

SUITABLE FOR ALL LEVELS

HIIT step is a 30 minute high intensity interval workout using only your bodyweight and a stepbox. No fancy dance moves, just simple basic moves designed to get you sweating!

A crossfit style class incorporating the 'Workout Of The Day (WOD)". Results are tracked and are a great way to motivate you as you see your progress over time. All classes have scalable options to change the workout to suit your individual level.
